Professional Biography
Prior to co - founding Pferde Farm LLC and The Magic Saddle NFP, Deborah Lim was the former VP and Creative Director of Euro RSCG Life Central, whose parent company Havas is the world’s fifth-largest marketing company behind Omnicom, WPP, Interpublic and Publicis.  In her role Ms. Lim was responsible for all creative promotional materials created on behalf of Euro RSCG’s Life Sciences clients.  This included all forms of media communications including, video production, print, medical education and interactive.  Ms Lim also directed the market research efforts necessary to support message development, target audience message recall and retention within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device communities of interest.  Her area of responsibility specialized in the marketing, positioning, and branding of biomedical products within a plethora of therapeutic areas and clinical environments on a global basis. Client products include: Baxter International - Infusor, Dey Pharmaceuticals - DuoNeb, Formoterol & Curosurf, MedImmune - Ethyol, Synagis, Inamed - Silicone breast implants & Hylaform, GSK Aclovate & Cutivate, King Pharmaceuticals - Sonata, Roche - Medical education.  Prior to Euro RSCG Ms Lim served for several years as a Senior Art Director at Abelson - Taylor addressing the medical promotional needs of numerous life sciences clients and specific products including TAP Pharmaceuticals - Uprima & Lupron Depot; Amgen - Aranesp (International, National) Eli Lily - Evista.  Ms Lim also held similar positions at Williams - Labadie and served as a freelance medical illustrator for several years for clients such as World Book Encyclopedia, W.B. Saunders, CEDR and Loyola University.

Ms. Lim holds a Master of Arts, Master of Science in Biomedical
Visualization as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois and the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana respectively.
